How do I reset my password?

Follow these steps to change your Mover account password from the login screen:

  • Hit Forgot password.
  • On the next screen, enter your Mover account email and click Reset Password.
  • Follow the steps in the email we send to your Mover account email and you're done!

If you are already logged in to our app, you can change your password there too.

  • Click on your Mover account email in the top right hand corner. This will take you to your account settings.
  • You'll already be in the User and Password section, so after verifying your login email is correctly listed, hit Reset Password.
  • Follow the steps in the email we send to your Mover account email and you're done!
