How do I change the email associated with my Mover account?

Unfortunately at this time, we don't allow you to change the email associated with your Mover account.

You can, however, delete your account - losing the schedules, connector authorizations, and transfer history associated with it - and create a new account with the email you would prefer. If you're going down this route, please email us at and we would be happy to assist with transferring payment plans and other information that isn't tied directly to your Mover account.
